Ernst Paul Lehmann Patentwerk was founded in Germany in 1881 to manufacture high quality mechanical toys. Since the earliest days emphasis has been placed on outstanding quality and technical innovation. In 1968 the family company created LGB - the first indoor-outdoor model railway in G scale (1:22.5).
The success of LGB in Europe and America continues today with a range of classic and modern European and North American model trains, tracks, and accessories manufactured from high quality weather resistant and rugged materials, with digital controllers enabling up to 8 trains to operate on the same track without any special wiring.
