1. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Products from manufacturers on this website may include models from their standard catalogues, and/or new releases for the current year. Further details about models can be found in the appropriate catalogues or on the manufacturers' website.

All Aboard Exclusive maintains stock of up to 90% in current catalogues and regularly imports models and new releases as they become available. You may also order items from listed manufacturers' catalogues which are not listed on this site.

In some cases exclusive, limited or collector's editions are in restricted supply - first in, first served. In other cases such editions must be ordered in advance (up to 9 months depending on production runs); you may order these in advance to reserve delivery when available.

Items listed on this website are posted in good faith; All Aboard Exclusive does not guarantee that they may available at any particular time.

2. POSTAGE AND SHIPPING CHARGES

All orders are despatched by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Standard Australia Post charges apply. Please note that these charges vary considerably according to the distance for delivery, and the weight of the packaged items. (Charges will be higher for overseas delivery.)

We will tell you before we process your payment at the time of shipment of the exact postage charge.

All Aboard Exclusive offers free postage & shipping for orders of over $A1,000.

3. LISTED MODEL PRICES

Prices for models are listed in $A and are current as of last update on this website - but may vary without notice. In some cases prices may vary according to fluctuations in the euro or Swiss Franc where latest models have to be imported. In either case you will be contacted about your order for confirmation before it is shipped.

4. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

We take your credit card details when you place your order.

When doing so, you agree that the Total indicated in the credit card field may vary from the total of purchases according to the final cost of shipment (see above).

Your credit card will only be charged at the time of shipment (and, if necessary, after confirming any variations applying to your order). Goods will be shipped only on finalising your credit card transaction.

We keep your credit card details only during the period from your placing your order and shipment; thereafter they are deleted from our records.

5. DELIVERY DETAILS

All Aboard Exclusive will ship your order to anywhere in Australia or overseas.

All articles are delivered by Australia Post to a Post office Box or street address.

We use a receipted Delivery service to ensure the security of your order and credit card transaction.
