9130 - AC HO RAIL BEVELING CLEANING WAGON
Wiring diagrams H0 - wheel cleaning equipment installation - tops
AC ~ AC (Märklin)
Info: Connection built-in unit - installation in the track layout
The wheel cleaning system should be installed on an easily accessible place, preferably in a siding model railroad layout. For the installation, you need a rectangular Trassenbrettausschnitt (length = 300 mm - 40 mm = width - height = 55 mm by the Trassenbrettoberkante).
The lower part of the drive by the wheel washer system is embedded in the Trassenbrettausschnitt and rests with the two outer corner pieces on the Trassenbrett. Then the upper frame wearing the cleaning items, is placed on the drive frame!
Driving power:
System AC marklin ¹
Red wire = neutral
blue + yellow wire together = mass (rail)
System DC Fleischmann ¹, Piko ¹, Roco ¹, Tillig ¹, etc.
Blue wire = + (-) rail
Yellow wire = (+) rail
Trix Express system
Blue wire = + (-) rail
Yellow wire = (+) rail
After wiring is completed, the carrier profiles on the roller bearings be applied. Pay attention to the operation of the cam between the control rods!
Siding:
Caution! The rail sections of the left and right led to track connection must end approx. 3 mm from the MessingTrägerprofilen (vibration distance)! This track gap is usually easily hit by H0 wheels. Release of commercially available plastic tracks (Märklin ¹, Trix, Fleischmann ¹, Roco ¹, Piko ¹, Tillig ¹, etc.) the last 2-3 threshold by the emerging band. 2-3 more sleepers must be shortened by each on both sides on both sides of ramp to about 1.5 mm to fit in the top frame. To remove even the inner rail with a file, so that the current-carrying coil spring descends on the profile of the beam.
Caution! System Märklin ¹ when the track feed with Märklin ¹-Gleis on it, make sure that the springs at the bottom of the threshold with the Center conductor contact! Danger of short circuit!
The track feed in the Märklinsystem ¹ should preferably with K-tracks ¹ run (corresponding transition tracks ¹ program located in the Märklin). Info: Digitization (decoder installation)
The decoder to control the wheel cleaning system motor should have a high-frequency motor output for Glockenankermotore! The wheel cleaning facility will be at the motor terminals of a Loco decoder
(Speed control) operated. The grey - and orange + coming connect cable from the decoder to the input terminals of the motor. According to the manufacturer's instructions, connect the decoder with the digital system.
Caution! Subsequent modifications and digitization (decoder installation).
All guarantee and warranty claims do not have conversion and digitizing works at the
H0 wheel cleaning unit does not already running.
