This state-of-the-art Sound Decoder just requires track power (2 cables) for operation voltage, several connectors for various functions and extensions.
Integrated programming load and LED (no loudspeaker required).
Programming Lock and Programming Address allow programming while installed with other Decoders.
Good choice for analogue operation! Fully LGB MTS compatible, supports parallel and serial operation and still on the cutting edge of technology (Function connectors, Bus SUSI, Update, Fast Update, etc.)

eMOTION S the little sound decoder.
The eMOTION S sound decoder has the same sound functions as the XLS.
ANALOGUE AND DIGITAL OPERATION GUARANTEED
The sound functions are available from just a few volts.
In analogue mode, the eMOTION S works reliably from 5 volts.
NMRA DCC and LGB® MZS
The eMOTION S fully supports the NMRA DCC protocol. Due to the automatic detection for LGB® MZS systems, the eMOTION S sound decoder is also suitable for all generations of the LGB® MZS multi-pull control system.
The decoder interface can also be used alternatively with Massoth/LGB® OnBoard or SUSI protocol.
ORIGINAL SOUND in digital quality
The eMOTION S sound decoder reproduces the authentic sounds of a locomotive in high-quality digital quality. For this purpose, sound recordings are made directly on the model and then adjusted in the sound laboratory for the electronics. The eMOTION S sound decoders have a total playback time of up to 2 minutes. This enormous storage volume is sufficient to provide the sound decoder with various additional sounds in high quality. A powerful 3 watt power amplifier is used to output the sound.
The volume of all 16 sounds can be adjusted independently.
State-of-the-art technology and the latest procedures allow new software to be loaded directly via the programming track. This guarantees updateability for the future without various generations of programming devices and also ensures the programmability of new and future sound decoder generations.
We would like to point out once again that a sound or firmware update is only possible via our PC module (8175101)!
